Delete your OPOOBO Work account

You can delete your OPOOBO Work account from the mobile app or from the website. Sign in with the account you want to delete.

Mobile app

1. Open OPOOBO Work and sign in.
2. Tap More.
3. Tap Profile.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm Delete.

Web app

1. Sign in.
2. Open the menu on the right side of the top bar.
3. Tap Profile.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm Delete.

If you have a booking that is not completed or canceled, the app will not delete the account until that booking is finished or canceled.

Data deleted

Your profile photo and identity document images are removed immediately. Your account is deactivated immediately, and you can no longer sign in.

Data kept

Your name, email, and phone number stay in our records because the account is deactivated rather than wiped. Bookings, reviews, chat messages, saved addresses, and wallet or payment records are kept. These remaining records are not deleted automatically.
