OPOOBO Work privacy policy

OPOOBO Work is a Togetherway company. This policy explains what personal information the OPOOBO Work app and website collect, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to delete your account.

Information we collect

• Account details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and password.
• Sign-in details if you use Google or Facebook, or a one-time code sent to your phone.
• The location you choose or share, so we can show services near you.
• Addresses you save for a booking.
• Bookings, reviews, and chat messages with a provider or with support.
• Profile photos and identity document images you upload.
• Wallet and payment records when you pay in the app.
• Device and app information needed to run the service, including push notifications sent through Firebase.
• Cookies on the website, used to keep you signed in and to remember preferences.

How we use it

• Create and secure your account.
• Show nearby services and complete bookings.
• Send booking updates and support messages.
• Process payments and wallet activity.
• Respond when you contact us at [email protected].

Who we share it with

We share the booking details a provider needs to do the job, such as your name, phone number, address, and the service you booked. Payment processors handle card or wallet payments. Firebase delivers notifications. We do not sell your personal information.

The app and website send this information to our servers at admin.work.opoobo.com over HTTPS.

How long we keep it

We keep account and booking records while your account is active. If you delete your account, your profile photo and identity document images are removed immediately, and you can no longer sign in. Your name, email, and phone number stay on the deactivated account. Bookings, reviews, chat messages, saved addresses, and wallet or payment records are kept and are not deleted automatically.
